By accessing or using Koko ("the App") at kokobot.top, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Koko is a free AI-powered language learning application that provides:

✅ Acceptable Use
When using Koko, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful language learning purposes
- Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload the AI service
- Not use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the App
- Not attempt to reverse engineer the application
- Not use the App to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
🤖 AI-Generated Content
The AI tutor in Koko generates responses dynamically. Please note:
- AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally contain errors
- Grammar corrections and translations should be verified for critical use
- Koko is a supplementary learning tool and should not replace formal education
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
💰 Free Service & Donations
Koko is provided completely free of charge. There are no premium tiers, subscriptions, or paywalls.
Voluntary donations via our "Buy me a coffee" links are appreciated but entirely optional. Donations do not grant additional features or priority access.
📱 Local Data & Your Device
All your learning progress is stored locally in your browser:
- You are responsible for your own data backups
- Clearing browser data will permanently erase your progress
- Progress cannot be recovered once deleted
- Data does not sync across devices or browsers
©️ Intellectual Property
The Koko name, logo, design, and original code are the intellectual property of Koko Language Learning. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App's source code for commercial purposes
- Use the Koko brand name or logo without written permission
- Create derivative works based on the App for commercial distribution
Educational content generated by the AI during your sessions is provided for your personal learning use.
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Koko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for any learning outcomes or educational results
- Third-party AI service outages are beyond our control
